The room was beautifully furnished and clean. Everything about the experience was positive from the location to the staff. The buffet breakfast was the best I ever had. So much selection and variety, delicious hot and cold food. The staff were all polite and helpful from the cleaning and waiting staff to the reception. I hope they all will receive a big Christmas bonus because they really made the stay extra pleasant. The location was fantastic to do that last minute Christmas shopping at Tk Maxx, and only a short walk to the ziggo some and the local metro/train station.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were incredible – so polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the place, especially my well-organized room, was top-notch. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great start to the day. Plus, the location was convenient, and the hotel's parking option, while not free, was much appreciated, especially considering the high parking costs in Amsterdam.

The room and the breakfast were amazingly good! We needed a hotel near Ziggo Dome and the location of this hotel was perfect for that. So easy to get here from the airport. The value was superb and we will definitely be back next time, even though we would spend most of the time in the city center, as it only took like max half an hour total from the hotel door to the center.

Everything was very good. We were quite satisfied with the hotel. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the main metro lines. There were also dining places nearby. We had originally booked for one night, but we extended our stay for 4 more days because we liked the room. The price is above average, but it definitely matches the quality. The breakfast was also quite good.

the room were decent sized. my room was upgraded to executive from premium. the staff were super helpful. example, Bas helped with bottle water very late night (midnight) my wife went to Holiday inn restaurant and Clarita proactively arranged quick snack tor out 1 - year old hungry baby while my wife was waiting for order. She made sure baby doesn’t have to wait - Additionally, it is well connected to airport(just 2 stops) through intercity and 20 minutes metro to Amsterdam central.

Location is close to train station, IMAX and restaurant . Also they have 24/7 supermarket in the building

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk from the metro line, which brings you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. It's also easy to travel to other cities from there. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is great. No complaints.

It's a great hotel that I am returning to for the second time. It's near the train station and a big shopping mall so you get everything that you need. From this point, you can reach everywhere you need in Amsterdam and all the places around. Arena and AFAS are just in front of your nose if you come to Amsterdam for a concert.

We really like staff at the hotel, ladies at the reception were really helpful and staff in the restaurant was just the best . Generally really nice spot close to everywhere . Easy access to shopping, food or station. 20 min to central Amsterdam by train or bike you can hire in the hotel.the room we had had best bathroom with both shower and Bath

The location, great if going to Amsterdam for an event at the Ziggo Dome, 8 minutes walk. And let me tell you: in winter conditions not having ti wait for a taxi outside of the arena bu walk to the hotel, priceless!
